- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering for and using the Caribbean Tech Pioneers platform, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform. - Account Registration
To use our platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. Caribbean Tech Pioneers is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account. - Google Calendar Permissions (for mentors)
Mentors has the ability to view their personal events when creating their available/ free time. This optional functionality is given to help assist in avoiding scheduling conflicts with events from your personal calendar. - Email Notifications
By using our platform, you agree to receive email notifications from Caribbean Tech Pioneers and the respective mentors. Notifications will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. These notifications may include, but are not limited to, meeting invitations, reminders, platform updates, and mentorship-related communications. - Information Sharing
As a mentee, you acknowledge and agree that the information you share on the Caribbean Tech Pioneers platform will be viewable by all mentors on the platform. This is to ensure that mentors can collaborate and determine the appropriate mentoring needs for each mentee. By sharing information on our platform, you consent to its use by mentors for this purpose. - Privacy
Caribbean Tech Pioneers is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during registration or through the use of our platform will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. - Code of Conduct
All users of the Caribbean Tech Pioneers platform are expected to abide by our Code of Conduct, which promotes a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment. Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in the suspension or termination of your account. - Modification of Terms and Conditions
Caribbean Tech Pioneers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any modifications to these terms and conditions. - Termination

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Caribbean Tech Pioneers, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of the platform; (ii) your violation of any term of these terms and conditions; (iii) your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights. - Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, on the Caribbean Tech Pioneers platform is the property of Caribbean Tech Pioneers or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without the express written permission of Caribbean Tech Pioneers. - Feedback
We welcome your feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the Caribbean Tech Pioneers platform. By submitting feedback, you grant Caribbean Tech Pioneers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use and publish those ideas and materials for any purpose, without compensation to you. - Contact
